i use this a few times a week and have for 2 years now and we LOVE it it makes the best waffles! we put cake batter in it and then put ice cream or friut or both on them for dessert waffles and also make whole wheat belgium waffles too! its amazing!
it will overflow if you fill it too full but it does come with a measurer but i just learn and gauge as i pour.
again LOVE IT!

Okay, it's not just a waffle maker. It's cool. It's fun. Pour in the batter, close it and turn the handle, turning the whole waffle iron segment over. That's all there is to it. In no time, you have a fresh, hot, perfect waffle.

Okay, don't get carried away with the batter, or you have a mess. Too little, you get a partial waffle. But the included measure SHOULD help you understand the appropriate amount of batter. And it even comes with recipes!

The waffles are good sized and deep as well. Belgian Waffle Mix is best, though it makes a darned good regular waffle as well.

Clean up is easy, unless you get really carried away. Minor drips are caught by the (included) tray under the waffle iron. Usually a wipe with a damp cloth is all the cleanup necessary.

Fast, efficient and fun. What more can you ask of an appliance?

I love it!
